    National Sales Manager USA
    Relevant experience
    Residence requirements: California, preferably Bay Area
    Fluent written and spoken English, willingness to travel
    Availability max 01/03/2016.
    Passion for 2 wheels and riding license would be preferable.

    Direct responsibility for business development
    • Analysis of the market and identifies the target markets
    • Develop sales networks in the territories goal
    • Search and selection of dealers and maintaining the required quality standards
    • Defines the sales policies and actively supports local dealers with training and incentive
    • Analysis of the "Profit & Loss" and credit management
    • Sales Budget and verification of deviations and developing corrective strategies
    Interfaces
    • Collaborate with the Sales Director and Legal definition of contracts for Dealers and importers
    • Reporting to Sales Director & Marketing Director
    • Work with the CFO for analysis and definition of the Sales Budget
    Full Time
    Processing orders
    Organising the dispatch and delivery of goods
    Ensuring goods are stored safely
    Keeping staff fully trained
    Maintaining health and safety standards
    Keeping accurate records
    Managing timesheets
    Location: San Francisco and Bay Area.

    The main activities will be
    • To train the NA dealers' employees for maintenance and service post-sales
    • To take care of high level post-sales maintenance service
    • To manage requests of assistance for warranties
    • To manage demo bikes on the US territory
    • To organize, from a technical point of view, all the demo rides, fairs and others events necessary for commercial operations all over the USA
    • To be the main referent, for technical reasons, to the Chief Technical Officer keeping the demo bike updated as per his indications
    • To be responsible for the use and transfer of the demo bike in US and between US and Italy
    Requirements
    • 7-10 years experience in motorcycle industry as mechanic
    • Track of dealership network technical management and after sales services
    • Experience in electrical industry or electric vehicle is a plus
    • Electronic engineering degree
    • Preferably 4/5 years' experience in automotive or motorcycle field
    • Preferably ability to electronically design and manage power electronics
    • Excellent knowledge of matlab, simulink, labview applied to writing code and graphics
    • Experience with cpu and vehicle body controllers and vehicle diagnostics
    • English fluent
    • Willing to and with ability to travel in Italy and Internationally
    • Mechanical Engineering Degree
    • 4/5 years experience in Automotive or Motorcycle field
    • Ability to design individual components with structural calculations
    • Equipment design and installation/assembly procedures, tuning and testing
    • Knowledge of CATIA V5
    • English fluent
    • Willing to and with ability to travel in Italy and Internationally
    • preferably 4/5 years experience in Automotive or Motorcycle field
    • English fluent
